We have an exciting new opportunity for an Investigations Officer to join our team in Harlow!
Reporting directly to the Field Audit Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with police enquiries that come into the group, investigating any anomalies you come across and updating reports accordingly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic division with a great deal of responsibility from day one. You will be joining at a pivotal time for the business and can expect great development opportunities within the role and the wider team.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring all cash receipts are audited and checked
- Assisting with investigations and compiling reports
- Liaising with police and other investigative bodies
- Ensuring compliance with all current and future legislation and all internal company policies and procedures
- Dealing with telephone calls/queries from Enforcement Agents, other departments
- Ensuring the Field Audit Manager is updated on a weekly basis
What we are looking for:
- Confidence in using MS Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication at all levels
- Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
