Job Title: Inventory Technician

Location: Eye (nr Diss), Suffolk

Rate: £12.00ph PAYE

Employment Type: Contract (12 Months)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a Inventory Technician to join our team in our Facility based in Eye, Suffolk.

Roles & Responsbilities:

Monitor the day by day Purchase, Production Stockand Storage in warehouse regularly.

Ensure that all documents received in the warehouse are of satisfactory quality and log them to the system.

Prepare shipping orders, keep track of all shipping orders and follow up thegoods delivery.

Follow up the importing and exporting goods withlogistics and update the system periodically

Responsible for Maintaining and updating records such as slow moving items, dead items, aging items, fast moving items and Ensuring inventory levels are adequate for the business.

Create item shortage and excess stock Reports.

Update all required purchase, inventory and sales Reports to the organisation

Support for material movements in & out of production unit.

Make weekly/monthly purchase reports.

Skills Required/Preferred:

• Previous warehouse/Factory Experience
• Previous Logistics experience preferred
• Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Organisational Skills
• Microsoft Knowledge
• Interest in Automotive Industry

Education Requirements

GCSE/A Levels Required in Maths/English

Additional Information

This position does involve manual handling of equipment in a Factory Facility. Safety PPE will be provided.
