Inventory Controller

A distinguished and private high net worth household seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to join the team. This is an exclusive opportunity to contribute to the seamless management of assets and possessions within a prestigious household setting.

Asset Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive systems for cataloging, tracking, and managing high-value assets, including but not limited to art, antiques, jewellery, and collectibles.
• Regularly conduct detailed inventories of assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Procurement and Documentation:
• Coordinate the acquisition and disposal of assets, working closely with vendors, auction houses, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain meticulous records of all acquisitions, sales, and transfers.

Security and Risk Management:

• Implement and oversee security measures to protect assets from loss, damage, or theft.
• Develop and maintain relationships with security professionals to ensure the highest level of asset protection.
• Maintenance Coordination:
• Collaborate with household staff to schedule and oversee regular maintenance and conservation efforts for assets.
• Ensure that all assets are properly stored, displayed, and preserved according to industry best practices.

Reporting and Communication:

• Generate regular reports for the household principals, detailing the status of assets, upcoming acquisitions, and any relevant updates.
• Communicate effectively with other household staff to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high net worth household or luxury environment.

· In-depth knowledge of asset management systems and best practices.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
