As a luxury fashion company with a strong ethical standpoint we are leaders and innovators in our industry.OverviewReporting to the Head of Inventory, the Inventory control Maternity Cover will be primarily responsible for controlling, auditing and reporting stock movements for EMEA Region (UK, France, Spain and Italy). Ensuring that systems are updated on time and accurately. Preparing Inventory reports and constantly liaising with a variety of departments, retail, logistic, finance, merchandise, IT and many others.This is a 7 month fixed term contract maternity cover, based in London.Your Mission:
  • Oversee the EMEA region (UK, France, Spain and Italian entities) for all inventory-related missions.
  • Work closely with Stores, IT, Logistics, Merchandising teams
  • Share procedures, best practices and conduct training on matters related to inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory in our systems. Audit all inventory movements (sales, stock adjustments, transfers, returns, etc).
  • Coordinate stock takes:
    • Implement and drive the cycle count procedure, in preparation for the yearly full stock take across all locations;
    • Manage the preparation and support on stock takes, ensuring these are carried out as per company guidelines;
    • Answer to audit queries related to stock takes.
  • Support any other task related to stock management.
  • Other ad hoc duties as necessary and appropriate.
Your Talent:
  • Previous Experience in inventory management is preferred
  • Ability to work in a very dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to have an overall understanding of inventory flows while working on detailed data
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in order to interact efficiently with the various teams of the business
  • Keen to make a positive contribution to the business and looking for continuous improvement
Systems and Essentials
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Experience using Stealth ERP software would be a plus
