Emphasis Inventories Ltd is seeking inventory clerks for London, with an immediate start. All training will be provided giving you skills to build on for the future.

We offer full time and part time contracts, as well as fully flexible freelance contracts. All paid well above average for the type of job.

Your work will take you all around London, inspecting many types of properties. For someone with an interest in the property sector, possibly wanting a career in the industry, this job is a fantastic base.

You will join a very supportive team with a strong focus on quality, timeliness and customer service, being comfortable and confident about having mostly remote contact with the team.

Training will be provided as necessary, but certain personal skills are important. As a person you are thorough and have good common sense. You have good verbal communication skills and an ability to work independently. You are courteous, punctual and efficient.

If you have no inventory experience please have your CV show that you have experience in:

- customer service, and

- attention to detail, and

- holding positions of trust

Your application will also need to show that you can be legally employed in the UK.

Pay is partly fixed, partly volume based. A performance based monthly reward is also available on top. All travel costs are reimbursed and all equipment provided.
