Inventory Analyst – FMCG

Coalville – 1 day in office, 4 WFH (after training period)

8.30am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday

£30k DOE

Do you have experience of improving stock processes? Are you someone with strong MS Excel and analytical skills?

An FMCG business in Coalville is looking to recruit an Inventory Analyst to join the existing team. Working alongside the rest of the function, you’ll be acting as a key figure for improving stock forecasting.

This is a great time to join the business as they continue to grow. They also offer excellent flexibility to work from home after the initial 6–8-week training period.

Day to day you’d be responsible for:

  • Conduct regular analysis of inventory levels and trends to optimise stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate inventory forecasting models to anticipate demand changes.
  • Work cross-functionally alongside operational and sales teams.
  • Build and manage positive working relationships with various internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise and communicate within the wider business and supply chain function.

You’ll need to have/be:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills and data analysis.
  • End to end supply chain knowledge.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management experience.
