Client Details

International Payroll Manager vacancy has been newly created to support with the growth, development and operations of global payrolls. You will be part of a HR team who conduct in-depth immigration, recruitment, and on boarding for all types of staff across a variety of industries and countries.

You will be part of the senior leadership team providing advice and support to all types of international payrolls including tax and social security.

Description

Duties and tasks of International Payroll Manager:

  • Oversee a small team of International Payroll Processors including the production of pay calculations, taxes, reporting and reconciliations for all employees working in a variety of countries
  • Ensure compliance with international laws, regulations and tax compliance and run processes accordingly
  • Give advice and resolve queries related to international payroll and pension globally
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and work closely with finance teams to ensure financial reporting and international transfer of data
  • Prepare and analyse payroll reports, providing insights to costs, trends and compliance
  • Run year end payroll processing including reporting and tax requirements adapting to changes across each country
  • Discuss changes and development opportunities to expand internationally for future growth

Profile

Skills required for the International Payroll Manager:

  • Current and up to date experience processing end to end payroll
  • Experience in discussing international taxation experience for payroll for overseas employees
