As a customer focused content writer you will create and implement Help, Responsible Gambling and Careers site content for our global audience using Content Management Systems.

You will be creating and publishing content for our Help, RG and Careers sites. You will be responsible for your own content projects, working within a team of content specialists dedicated to our sites across all domains.

You will contribute to enhancing our customer experience by delivering up-to-date localised information and following best practice to provide relevant, targeted self-service content for our customers.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

The position is full time with a general working pattern of Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00-17:30 but full flexibility is required.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • High standard of written English.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in Sports, Sports Betting and or Gaming.
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail when completing routine tasks.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
  • Experience in writing and managing content.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer driven content.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry with relevant experience is particularly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the Jira platform would be beneficial.

Main Responsibilities

  • Creating, managing and publishing content for over 23 languages across multiple domains and countries using our Content Management Systems.
  • Writing and editing content in English.
  • Ensuring all content is in line with regulatory guidelines and the Company style, as well as being localised for the customer base.
  • Coordinating a wide range of projects driven by business changes.
  • Analysing and proposing SEO terms for our Help content.
  • Liaising with various internal departments to ensure content is delivered on time and meets agreed briefs.
  • Making sound, logical decisions and having the drive to see projects through to completion.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting and recording potential issues and escalating where necessary.
