International Arbitration Paralegal
An exciting role has arisen for an International Arbitration Paralegal to join an award-winning global law firm permanently in London.

The Firm:
The firm predominantly handles complex, high-value disputes with high-net-worth clients including industry experts and sovereign nations.

The Role:
You will play a crucial role, providing vital support to fee earners daily, duties will include:
  • Provide high-quality Paralegal support to Partners, Counsel, and Associates.
  • Case management duties.
  • First-level reviews.
  • Assisting in filings and hearings (negotiating contracts, attending hearing venues, assisting the submission phases).
  • Project manage all paralegal aspects of assigned cases while working directly with legal teams across offices.
  • Manage and coordinate projects and competing deadlines across multiple cases.
  • Advise legal teams on best practice approaches to procedural and administrative aspects of cases, document productions, and hearings.
  • Undertake exhibit preparation and quality-checking.
  • File and review arbitration and court documents.
  • Attend Arbitration and court hearings.

About You:
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Previous International Arbitration experience from ideally a law firm environment.

Salary:
The successful International Arbitration Paralegal will be offered £44,000 per annum, plus bonus.
