International Accountant - Milton Keynes/Hybrid - up to £65,000 p.a. + bonus + benefits

This is a great time to join the business if you are excited to be part of their growth journey in the UK, and with the scope for international expansion too.

Partnering with a highly engaging and supportive FD, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and reporting for their International divisions, predominantly across Europe but also Asia. The role will include accounting within international accounting standards, financial control, reporting and group consolidations. You will be working with multi-currencies and be responsible for continual review and improvements of processes and procedures. You will manage balance sheet and cash flow, and work closely with the wider finance team. You will liaise with external auditors and also have the opportunity to work on a range of finance projects including systems implementation.

There will be a need to be "hands-on" and this is a broad, far-reaching role where you will need to be flexible in your approach.

Strong communication skills are key to the success in this role and you will have considerable communication with the wider finance team and rest of the business.

About you:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong financial accounting experience
• Group consolidation experience
• Used to working with multi-currencies
• GAAP accounting knowledge
• Strong analysis and attention to detail
• Advanced IT skills and experience within ERP systems.
