A global trusted and established industry supplier is looking to recruit an Internal Salesperson to act as the first point of contact for their Cannock based site. They will portray professionalism and confidence and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Duties

• Effectively and efficiently deal with telephone /email/web enquiries and raise quotations.
• Proactively chase all quotations
• Develop customer base on the specific sector of the business.
• Be aware of competitors and pricing.
• Achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure all orders received are accurate and correct.

Essential Skills and experience

• Strong sales and customer service background
• Experience building customer relationships.
• Successful in a target related environment
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Good time management and personal organisational skills
• Able to work to deadlines.
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Ability to cold call
• Excellent IT Skills including Outlook and Excel
