Attega Group is currently partnering with a major HVAC company specialising within the hire of temporary Boiler and Chiller units across the UK. Our client are recruiting an Internal Sales Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to motivate an established Internal Sales teams during the quieter months.

In return, our client is offering a salary from £40k, depending on experience, plus

Reporting to the Sales Director your responsibilities will include:

• Motivating their internal team with sales strategies and campaigns during the quieter months
• Account Management throughout the year
• Driving growth
• Providing reports on growth and targeting untapped markets
• Being a source of inspiration and enthusiasm for the team
• Leading by example

The ideal candidate:

• You will be an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individual
• To have a determination to succeed
• To come from a similar hard sales background such as tele sales
• To be comfortable and confident on the phone
