- Build rapport and establish relationships
- Update customer information, sales activities, and interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
