Time Appointments are working on behalf of a global leader and innovative manufacturing company based in Ipswich, who are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join their team!

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be working closely with the External Regional Key Account Manager to achieve KPIs and targets, upselling products and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:
· Contacting clients via outbound telephone and emails
· Managing the CRM system
· Account Management
· Business Development
· Working alongside the External Sales Executive to co-ordinate Client Services
· Providing exceptional Customer Service to assist with repeat business
· Using sales techniques to win new business
· Support sending invoices to clients
· Administration duties

Skills & Experience Required:
· Cold calling
· Experienced Account Manager
· Committed "Hunter" of new business

· Ability to learn on the job
· Business travel
· Journey mapping
