Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and upkeep the customer database, focusing on both new and inactive accounts
  • Execute telephone and marketing campaigns
  • Furnish precise details about products
  • Generate quotations for customers
  • Process orders within the system
  • Recognise and address customer requirements, suggesting additional products
  • Collaborate with procurement to place orders with suppliers

Person specification:
  • Previous experience in the Construction/Events/Manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Must have experience in Internal Sales/Customer Service
  • Computer Literate
  • Sales driven mentality
