Reed Crawley are pleased to be partnering with a growing business based in Crawley, West Sussex who are looking for a sales coordinator to join their vibrant and driven team. This role will specifically be providing support to the CEO of the business and therefore essential that any applicants have had experience of working within a sales support role, dealing with suppliers and have a great work ethic as this role can be demanding. No day is the same. To be successful you will forward thinking, able to work under your own initiative and be willing to contribute ideas to making improvements and problem solving. 

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Capturing of sales orders into the system upon receipt from CEO/sales team
  • All items (products) listed on the sales orders need to be processed with accuracy and a high level of attention to detail
  • Once the sales orders are processed, a purchase order will need to be set up and issued to the vendor/supplier
  • Monitor sales orders, follow up with suppliers on receipt of goods find out delivery dates for the warehouse team - chasing where needed
  • General administration
  • Escalating issues as they arise to ensure customer SLAs and service are kept high 
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This role is 100% office based.
