Up to £28k Per Annum Base Salary + Bonus (OTE £34k+)

Nicholas Hendry is currently working with a well-known, Dundee-based business that is currently enjoying a period of sustained growth. Our client is an instantly recognisable local employer that, due to continued expansion is looking to hire an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator who has experience in both customer management & sales administration.

Working closely with the Business support team, you’ll be responsible for growing new business and developing the existing customer base, manage a portfolio of existing customers, providing service reviews, and growing usage, whilst focusing dedicated time to new business generation alongside the external sales team.

To be successful in this post, you'll need to have previous experience in a similar role, specifically where you have been responsible sales administration, invoicing & customer relationship management. This is a varied position, and the ideal candidate will be keen to develop & progress their career in this field - full training will be given in required areas.

Key Experience:

• Working with a dedicated external business development manager, you will require excellent communication and team working.
• Creating and implementing a business plan for allocated territory to maximise sales & deliver excellent standards of customer service & support.
• Working to set Sales and Gross Profit forecasts.
• Maintaining and developing existing key accounts, whilst also identifying prospective companies.
• Working with and updating bespoke CRM system to follow up all leads, enquiries/quotes.
• Providing a consultative approach with customers, creating effective solutions to meet their needs.
• Creating bespoke quotes and converting to sales, all with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Having the ability to multitask and manage ongoing projects is a must.
