Job Title: Internal Sales Administrator 
Location: Wellingborough, Office Based
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


SF Recruitment's Professional Services team are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our clients team in Wellingborough.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our customer services department by handling costings, providing quotations, and managing customer inquiries via email and telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate costings accurately and efficiently based on provided guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver timely and competitive quotations to potential customers.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the customer services department to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, quotations, and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Additional Information:

This is an office-based position located in Wellingborough.
Salary range is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Training will be provided to familiarize the successful candidate with our processes and systems.
