Internal Recruiter

Full Time – Permanent

Location: Crick, Northamptonshire  

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm

Basic Salary: £24,000.00 to £27,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is a well-established and highly professional organisation who has market presence across the UK for over 30 years! They pride themselves in providing a high level of exceptional service to their clients and has a brand reputation of second to none. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join their HR Team as a Internal Recruiter on a Full Time Permanent or Temp to Perm basis.

Internal Recruiter role:

  • Provide full end to end recruitment support from onboarding through to induction
  • Support the businesses Recruitment needs as an Internal Recruiter
  • Grow database of candidates to meet business needs
  • Screening, Interviewing and shortlisting applicants in joining the team
  • Uploading new starters into internal database
  • Maintaining availability of candidates on a ongoing basis
  • Communicate via social media channels to both colleagues and candidates
  • Work effectively under pressure within a fast paced environment 

Internal Recruiter Candidate:

  • You must have previous Recruitment experience either in house OR agency background.
  • Highly confident with exceptional communication skills
  • Upbeat and energetic personality
  • Ability to work to deadlines and SLA’s.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on your own initiative as a Internal Recruiter
