Job: Internal Recruiter

Location: Halifax (West side)

Salary: £25 - £33K (possible flex to £35K)

Hybrid working

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Liaise with and manage recruitment agencies
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding strategies
