Your Company:
A manufacturing business is seeking a Internal Recruiter to join the team in the Bournemouth area. As a growing business that is looking to embark on a period of growth in the next few years and as such as looking to expand many of their functions, by fully utilising their talent acquisition function. This is a business that prides itself on providing excellent customer care and service to its loyal customers across a variety of locations in the south.

This role will play an important role in the recruitment team, to actively work alongside the Head of Recruitment and the hiring managers to expand many of the internal functions. There will really be the emphasis on proactive end-to-end recruitment, actively sourcing candidates and producing effective adverts to draw in top-class talent for the business.

Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Writing engaging adverts and posting these across the relevant job boards as new roles become available
  • Proactively sourcing high-quality talent from the market to engage them on roles and promote the business where possible
  • Screening candidates, providing an initial interview process to ensure the best talent is being presented to hiring managers
  • Conducting offer negotiations for the right talent, that is advantageous to both candidates and the business, then supporting the onboarding process fully, ensuring documentation is sent out in a timely manner and any queries are addressed
  • Ensuring the business maintains its high-standard level of diversity and inclusion in the hiring process
  • Supporting the Head of Recruitment with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What you will need to Apply:
To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience working within solid recruitment roles, preferably from both Agency and 'in-house' environments. It's imperative you have experience handling high volumes of roles, as well as working on challenging roles. You must have exquisite communication skills, particularly on the phone, as well as in written form and be completely confidently on the phone. A proactive mindset is required in this role, to reach out to and chase candidates and come up with creative methods to address potential issues that may arise.

What you will get in Return:
For the successful candidate, this business is able to offer a starting salary in the region of £30,000, conditional to previous recruitment experience. There will also be a good benefits package to supplement this, including a competitive holiday and pension allowance, insurance opportunities and monetary incentives.

In the role, there will be great scope for growth, working alongside the Head of Recruitment to grow the talent acquisition function as the business grows too. You'll be given the tools to hit set targets which will enable your growth as well as being provided with training materials to keep your knowledge and skills up to date.
