Description
Duties of the Group Internal Communications and Engagement Executive
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging.
- Foster employee engagement through innovative initiatives.
- Write, edit and distribute creative and engaging content
- Produce high quality content including graphics, photography, film and presentations, that tell the brand story
- Organise and execute internal events to boost team morale and cohesion.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and agency department on various projects.
- Work with HR in how to drive future talent, through creating a brand story
Profile
A successful Internal Communications and Engagement Executive should have:
- A degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using communication platforms and tools.
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
