Description

  • Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and suggesting improvements.
  • Performing risk assessments and identifying areas of potential compliance issues.
  • Managing SOx compliance activities and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Creating and implementing internal audit procedures.
  • Reporting on audit findings and making recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Working closely with other departments to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Staying updated with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Training team members on internal control standards and procedures.

Profile

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA etc.
  • Excellent understanding of auditing standards.
  • Experience with SOx compliance is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Job Offer
