Job Title: Internal Account Manager

Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Summary of Position:

Our client, a cleaning supplies company, is looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team. The Internal Account Manager will be a dynamic, results-driven individual joining the sales team, responsible for managing clients, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Regular customer contact to promote new products and booking on-site demonstrations.
  • Quick response to inbound customer enquiries.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals & quotes.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and enquiries by telephone.
  • Manage and maintain a sufficient pipeline of opportunities required to meet targets.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:

  • Hungry for career progression and ready to respond to training and development programs.
  • Comfortable with day-to-day proactive sales activities, thriving in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Customer Account Management / Business Development.
  • Proficient with MS Office functionality - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in using CRM such as Pipedrive.
