- Work alongside the field sales department to increase sales activity across the UK
- Develop and implement sales processes to support with business understanding
- Identify new opportunities for selling to existing clients using a variety of methods (phone calls, email communication, LinkedIn engagement)
- Spot sales trends and feed this back to management to develop further sales strategies
To be successful in working with a company who can deliver a focused approach to their employees and customers, you'll need passion and expertise within sales and a determination to succeed.
- Experience within new business sales, lead generation or account management
- A passion to deliver an excellent service and an organised business approach
- Confidence in communication, both written and verbal means
- Understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- A personable, approachable manner
- A go getting attitude with a determined nature
