Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Our client, an established consultancy based near Kingston upon Thames, are currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. Our client specialises in residential refurbishments across South England and have a strong pipeline of projects. This opportunity offers flexible working and full APC support to become MRICS.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has at least 1 years' experience working for a consultancy on residential projects and must be based within commuting distance of the office near Kingston upon Thames. This is a great opportunity for someone who is lacking progression and flexible in their current opportunity.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

• Job Type: Permanent

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
• Working Hours - Monday to Friday (hybrid)
• Start Date: ASAP - happy to wait for notice periods

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance of Thames Ditton
• Must have at least 1 years post graduate experience in Quantity Surveying
• Must have ambition to becoming chartered
• Prior experience working for a consultancy
• Residential / Domestic experience
• Professional manner and good IT / Grammar skills
