Intermediate Building Services Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Building Services Engineer to join their Norwich Office, Norfolk.

As a Services Engineer you will be providing support to our client by providing expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to establish project briefs
• Ensure that all designs are fully compliant with all relevant legislation, codes of practice, CIBSE Guides, and Building Regulations.
• Prepare Budget Costs
• Project Manage Site works from commencement to completion
• Carry out inspections
• Meet Target fees set by the practice
• Attend Networking Events to secure new business

Essential Skills/Experience

• Use of AutoCAD or Revit
• Use of IES (Mechanical) or Amtech (Electrical) design software
• Degree in Engineering
• Member of the Chartered institute of Building Services Engineers and/or The Energy Institute (or equivalents)
• Chartered Engineer Status
• Full driving license and access to a Vehicle.
