About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic and well established organisation that oversees Interiors fit-out projects in across the Commercial, Education, and Healthcare Interiors fit-out sectors.
 
As part of their continued growth and expansion they are seeking someone with a genuine passion for the construction industry, who possesses either technical qualifications or hands-on experience in estimating from drawings and preparing project costs for office fit-out projects (including partitions, glazing, joinery, flooring, ceilings, etc.)
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Generating quotations.
  • Producing take off quantities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Managing orders and overseeing deliveries to site.
  • Carrying out site surveys.
  • Preparing technical documentation.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
  • Managing project programmes.
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Dedication to meeting client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting drawings and extracting relevant details.
  • Confidence in compiling and working from bills of quantities.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Previous experience in office fit-out projects would be advantageous.
