Interior Design Lead | North of Wigan | £42,500k - £52,500k doe
 
Konker is recruiting an Interior Design Lead to join a great architecture practice based just north of Wigan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, with a desire to make your vision come to life, whilst having an eye for detail and implementing quality control measures. You'll also need to be a talented leader, with the ability to organise and motivate a team toward achieving the same goal. 
 
Typically, you’ll be focusing your efforts in the healthcare sector, however prior experience in this field is not required. Despite this, you’ll need to have a proven track record of working in a similar position, leading projects & teams, managing client relationships, using Revit, completing hand sketches, and working collaboratively with other disciplines.
 
Working for this practice will give you the opportunity to work on projects of all sizes, alongside the chance to impact lives through designing uplifting spaces in a very rewarding and fulfilling sector. Roles and Responsibilities – Interior Design Lead
  • Leading interior design projects, working alongside Architects, the Technical team, and any other design teams.
  • Production of presentational materials and drawings.
  • Run client meetings/workshops.
  • Bid for new work aside from the wider business. 
  • Hand illustration
  • Revit models, working within the BIM structure.
  • Knowledge of relevant software such as Revit, Enscape and Lumion are advantageous.
  • Previous experience creating uplifting designs.
