We are currently looking for an Interim Turnaround Manager to oversee and support the staff team within a Residential Home for adults with dementia.

?? Requirements ??

- Care management background

- Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulations

- Strong management style / role model for staff

- Expert in turnaround scenarios
