Agora Talent is delighted to be working with one of the most highly-regarded tech business in the market to recruit for an Interim Senior FP&A Manager on a contract running through to the end of the year.

Reporting into the Head of Group FP&A, you’ll be working in an exciting part of the organisation focused on providing key strategic and commercial insights to new growth focused areas of the wider business.

The role…

  • Offer strategic guidance to commercial leaders in emerging business sectors, encompassing budgeting, periodic forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of various business models and their financial aspects, providing commercial support and constructive critique.
  • Enhance transparency of financial data and proactively address evolving business needs through meticulous planning and support.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of performance variations compared to plans and exert influence across departments to optimise business outcomes.
  • Seamlessly integrate new ventures into the business by collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning them with planning and performance procedures.
  • Effectively manage revenue and cost risks and opportunities throughout each quarter to anticipate quarter-end results accurately.

About you…

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
  • Previous experience supporting senior commercial leaders, preferably within well-established international brands in the consumer or tech sectors.
  • Profound familiarity with planning and performance procedures, encompassing annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Robust understanding of accounting, controlling, and financial operations.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, enabling the translation of commercial strategies and initiatives into pertinent financial models and analyses.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of fostering trust at senior levels and driving change across teams.
  • Resilient disposition suited for thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to delve into the intricacies of the business and contribute to the realisation of ambitious plans.
