An exciting opportunity to work in an organisation with a reputable international presence within the Real Estate sector as their Interim Senior Financial Accountant with an existing client.

You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team. This company has a brilliant work culture and will look to offer the successful candidate the opportunity to remain within a permanent position after the completion if both parties feel the fit is right.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with broader finance teams, to ensure the successful preparation of monthly and year-end financial accounts under UK GAAP and management reports with variance analysis comments
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and handling of all corporation tax matters with external accountants
  • Preparation of monthly cashflow requirements and submission to key stakeholders, Financial Controller and the CFO
  • Manage the external relationships with external advisors, including auditor

What we are looking for:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years' PQE experience
  • Must have previous experience within the Real Estate or Property sector
