Elevation Recruitment Group HR are working with a fast paced high growth business who are seeking an immediately available project manager to lead the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
If you are a highly experience robust key influencer who can get things done then please read on!
You will lead the full lifecycle of the implementation including the whole Project Planning and Management of the project. This will include developing and executing a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of the new HRIS, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
You will need to coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables as well as identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the implementation timeline or success of the project.
Taking full responsibility for the project you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business including HR, IT, and departmental heads to gather requirements for the new HRIS including:-
Strategic Planning and Priorities
Change Management - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful adoption of HRIS
Drive Efficiencies - Drive the implementation of new HRIS initiatives, ways of working and systems to enhance efficiency
Technology Integration - Collaborate with head of departments to assess, select, and implement technology solutions that support HR transformation goals. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
Metrics and Reporting - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of HR transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate be immediately available and will have :-
- Proven experience managing complex HRIS implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with HRIS systems, databases, and data management principles.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organisation, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues and make data-driven decisions.
