Job Title: Interim Project Accountant

Location: North Cornwall

Duration: 3-4 Months (Temporary)

Butler Rose is working with a fast-growing and acquisitive group that operates in the services industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interim Project Accountant to join their team for a temporary period of 3 to 4 months. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing support during a period of restructuring within their finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the finance team in a hands-on capacity, providing support on individual tasks or projects as required.
• Utilise your technical expertise to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work undertaken.

Requirements:

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification is essential.
• Proven experience working in a small team environment.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with little structure and supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in the office 3 days a week and remotely for 2 days.
