Interim Payroll Manager
Fin Search are recruiting an Interim Payroll Manager for a market leading, Leeds based organisation.
This role will be initially for c3 months with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.
The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home each week.
As Interim Payroll Manager, this position will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership of a medium sized team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
Reporting in to the Head of HR, duties will include, however are not limited to, leading and developing the payroll team to ensure compliance with legislation, process improvements and documentation, building relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an experienced payroll manager
- Be CIPP qualified
- Have managed high volume, complex payrolls
- Have strong staff management skills
£70,000 - £80,000 + 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + 4 x life assurance (2 x life assurance if pension) + 6% matched pension scheme + free onsite parking + hybrid working model
