Interim Payroll Consultant
We are on the lookout for a an interim Payroll Consultant for an established organisation in the UK. Joining them at a period of exciting change, they need someone to with a project mindset to help navigate through the new role out of SAP SuccessFactors. This role would be outside of IR35, and can offer remote working - Immediate start, or short notice required.
Job Overview:
- Lead the ongoing improvements of SAP SuccessFactors payroll solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors payroll modules to meet the organisations needs
- Conduct comprehensive testing of payroll systems to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Provide training and support to the Payroll team of the effective use of SAP SuccessFactors payroll systems
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex payroll-related problems, offering innovative solutions to address issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll systems with other HR and Finance applications
- Maintain documentation of payroll processes, configurations and system changes
- Serve as subject matter expert on payroll best practices, industry trends and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors payroll modules, including but not limited to Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing payroll systems for large, complex organisations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effective with the wider Group
