Interim Payroll Administrator
My well known client in Wolverhampton has an urgent requirement for an Interim Payroll Administrator position based in their state of the art offices, you will be required to be office based for 4-5 days a week initially and then moving to a more hybrid working pattern after 2 months. - Process 2 in house payrolls for employees split across weekly and monthly frequencies.
- Provide the Payroll Manager with reports for authorising.
- Action the management bonus payments with authorisation from finance.
- Payroll data entry which includes new starters, leavers or changes.
- Deal with the P45's, P46's and P6's.
- Organise the Student Loan deductions for employees.
- Deal with the Statutory payments.
- Deal with both internal and external payroll queries.
- Calculate and administrator sick pay for employees.
- Be able to establish excellent relationships with employees and other departments within the head office
