Interim Payments Analyst

Global Accounting Network are partnered with a global payments company who are looking for a payments analyst to support the payments team manager. This payments analyst position will be a 6 month contract and is a great opportunity to expand on exisiting knowledge and skills around payments within an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile merchant pay-outs to bank statements.
• Process merchant payments across various regional banking platforms.
• Create, review, and distribute merchant statements.
• Monitor and reconcile transactions and payment volumes daily.
• Review and approve outgoing merchant payments.
• Manage daily cash flow, including FX and forecasts.
• Address merchant payment queries and investigations.
• Analyze processing data and generate reports.
• Evaluate and enhance processes and procedures.
• Provide ad hoc reporting as required.

About you:

• Transactional payment process experience
• Experience in FS and payment sector
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficiency with MS Excel (Highly desirable).
