Interim Part time HR Business Partner opportunity available 24 - 30 hours per week to start in June at the latest.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation in the Northwich area on a 9 month fixed term contract. Covering a maternity leave, you will be partnering with an allocated client group and be joining a Top Employer in the region, and boasts a great place to work ethic, an inclusive and developmental culture. The organisation employs circa 300 employees in the region, and are always looking for ways to improve their HR service even more than they already do. Hybrid working is available however they would like someone to be based in around the North West so that you can be onsite with your stakeholders as needed. Ideally you will live no more than an hour from Northwich. Salary £48k pro rated dependant on hours.

Reporting to the Head of People you will be Joining a busy team, this role is very generalist and we are looking for someone who can contribute as a team and be involved in projects around their reward and recognition offer. You will also have 1 direct reports within the team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in housing or a similar environment and be experienced in managing remote relationships with managers and business leaders. You will be sufficiently experienced to lead from a strategic perspective and also be able to roll your sleeves up and support the operational managers with day-to-day HR matters.

You will have a key strength in managing ER Employee Relations case work, from low level to more complex cases. Given the HR function is established you will have the opportunity to support continuous improvement and added value to support employee engagement.

You will have proven stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role which will require you to build credible and lasting building relationships, which will be a key catalyst in influencing and driving culture change within the business. You must be comfortable with complex ER cases and also have a proven background of working with the unions.

HR Business Partner - About you

·You will need to have experience of working within housing or a similar industry.

·Used to a blended role where strategic and operational influence are both key

·The ability to work autonomously, to prioritise your time

·Demonstrable skills in terms of up skilling and coaching managers

·Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent would be great but again not essential.

·A true generalist HR Business Partner background

·Able to start a role by June and be happy to do an interim contract.
