Parker Young is supporting an iconic British brand in the identification of a National Account Manager/Customer Manager, for an important interim contract managing a key grocery multiple, food service and wholesale relationships. As Customer Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L and strategic leadership of the customer across the broad and strong branded portfolio.

The National Account Manager/Customer Manager is responsible for:

  • Customer KPIs: budget revenue, volume, profit, and forecasting.
  • Driving a growth mindset and personal growth.
  • Delivering best in class service, through engagement and cross functional collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilising category insight to drive competitive advantage for key customers.
  • Executing and negotiating external JBPs.
  • Including in commercial strategies market knowledge and trends.
  • Driving the business’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Providing a partnership approach with key customers.
  • Creating the commercial brand plan which will align with the business’s strategic objectives, category leadership and brand strategy.
