A fantastic opportunity for an Interim Legal Counsel to join a large life sciences organisation based in the West Midlands. Reporting into the General Counsel you will be supporting the team and the wider business on a variety of matters. This may include:

  • Providing legal advice on matters such as contract negotiations, compliance, risk management and regulatory.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance on the integration of new processes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the group.

This will be a role starting in May and will be a 3 month assignment inside of IR35. The business have lots of flexibility and are happy for individuals to be on-site 2 times a month in the West Midlands.

You will be an experienced commercial solicitor, ideally with some in-house experience. Day rate is up to £550.
