This role of the Independent Living Officer requires a dedicated individual with a keen interest in the public sector. The successful candidate will work as part of a team within the property department to ensure the smooth operation of independent living services.

Description

  • Provide assistance and support to individuals to encourage independent living.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide information about services available.
  • Manage and maintain records related to independent living services.
  • Assess the needs of individuals and tailor services accordingly.
  • Liaise with other public sector organisations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews of service provision to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in team and organisation-wide initiatives and projects.
