Interim Human Resources (HR) Generalist - 12 Month FTC - St Austell - £32-38k

Well Placed HR have been exclusively engaged by a well-established and fast-growing services provider who currently seek to recruit an experienced HR Generalist to assist them for an interim period of 12 months. Please note that whilst our client is keen to appoint as quickly as possible, the assignment commencement date will be mid-August 2024.

The successful HR generalist will work across a broad breadth and range of the people management function and makes for an interesting well-rounded opportunity. This is a hugely people focussed HR generalist role where the successful candidate will take a personable and pragmatic approach to advising and problem solving in a number of areas.

Our candidate focus is more experience related than qualification led, however a CIPD Level 5 would come in very useful! We’re seeking an experienced HR generalist ideally with some exposure to public sector HR. You will require up to date knowledge in a broad range of employment law and HR policies & procedures. Ideally, you’ll possess at least 3-5 years of well-rounded experience gained in a similar environment. This role is Interim commencing summer 2024, salary is negotaible depending on experience, ideally hours would be full time, however there could be negotiation on this for those who seek part time working.
