Interim HRBP
Are you a seasoned Interim HR professional with a strategic mindset and a background in logistics and sales industries? Are you passionate about driving organisational success through effective people strategies? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you to work a 3 month contract
As an Interim HR Business Partner you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that support our company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that optimise performance, enhance employee engagement, and drive business growth. This role will require some travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Provide expertise and support in areas such as talent management, organisational design, employee relations, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistical challenges and ensure seamless operations.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Interim HR Business Partner, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
