I am actively seeking an experienced HR Consultant on a 4-month fixed-term contract in Scotland (covering Glasgow/Edinburgh and Northern Soctland regions).

This role is responsible for one-on-one consultations with Regional and Operational Directors, and requires the candidate to travel often in a working week, and work the remainder from home (you’ll need your own vehicle).

Key responsibilities:

Deliver the full remit of HR and OD projects, creating a range of fantastic opportunities to use and grow your HR expertise whilst making a real difference;

  • Advising and supporting clients' managers with all activities relevant to project need
  • Management of key stakeholders in your area of responsibility. Includes the facilitation of HR advice and assistance with all employee needs
  • Personal responsibility for the creation of communications, documentation, scheduling, or data capture needed for the project duration
  • Regular (daily) reporting

Key candidate criteria:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Experienced in one-on-one consultations, and employee engagement
  • A strong Employee Relations and HR advisory background
  • Pragmatic, organized, discrete and confident
  • Have their own vehicle, and available for full time work (40hrs/week).
