Interim Head of Treasury

A leading Lloyd's Underwriter have an interim opening for a treasury professional with financial services experience.

The role will be broad, spanning treasury, investments and capital management. Duties will include:

• Monitoring group and entity liquidity identifying required transactions (drawings / repayments)
• Implementation of amendments to debt structures and ensuring compliance with them
• Management of the quarterly FX process
• Monitoring of capital management ensuring entities are adequately capitalised
• Recommendation of required capital transactions
• Further development of the capital reporting framework
• Reporting on capital related analysis to board level and committees
• Further replated project work due to company growth and change
