Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering

We are currently seeking a dynamic Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering to lead a team in a renowned higher education institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team of 4 finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Utilise strong stakeholder management skills to foster positive relationships across various departments.
  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Showcase resilience and adaptability in navigating complex financial challenges.
  • Employ strategic thinking to develop and implement innovative financial strategies.
  • Utilise exceptional team management experience to drive collaboration and cohesion within the finance department.
  • Contribute to the long-term financial planning and analysis (FP&A) of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Must be fully qualified in finance (ideally ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable senior-level experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within large complex organisations.
  • Strong soft skills, including effective communication and negotiation.

Location: London

Rate: £600-£800 per day dependant on experience

Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
