  1. Risk Assessment and Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various aspects of the business, including operations, finance, supply chain, and compliance.
    • Analyse risks and their potential impact on the organization's objectives and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  2. Risk Management Framework:
    • Develop and implement a robust risk management framework aligned with the organization's objectives, policies, and regulations.
    • Establish risk management processes, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficient risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Risk Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate risks within the organization and their evolution over time.
    • Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, board members, and relevant stakeholders, highlighting key risk areas, trends, and mitigation efforts.
