Interim Group HR Manager

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months


Are you an experienced HR professional with a background in private equity and services companies? We're seeking a talented individual like you to undertake the HR initiatives as Interim Group HR Manager.


About Us: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company operating within the technology space and is private equity backed, providing exceptional services to customers. As they continue to expand, the importance of having a dedicated HR leader who can guide the people strategy to new heights has been recognised.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR manager in private equity owned organisations.
  • Has experienced of working within a services based company
  • Experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions and TUPE regulations.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.


The role will pay a competitive day rate depending upon experience. This is a hybrid role, and the successful applicant must be happy to travel to Milton Keynes Head Office 1-2 times per week.


This is a highly visible role with the organisation and will report directly to the CEO.
