Interim Financial Controller
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Implement and monitor internal controls related to financial reporting, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging accounting standards and provide guidance on their potential impact, ensuring compliance and effective communication across the organisation.
- Develop and implement tax strategies, collaborating with tax advisors, and ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Manage the company's cash flow, optimise liquidity, and oversee debt and investment activities to support the overall financial health of the organisation.
- Manage the relationship with external auditors, coordinating audit activities, and addressing inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
